Who We Are
We are a dedicated team of site engineering surveyors based in London.
Since 2003, our team have been building a reputation for high-quality measured survey services right across the UK.
Our site engineers monitor movement for a range of built environments including, pile foundation monitoring, heritage building monitoring, party wall monitoring, and subsiding boundary wall monitoring.
As a highly responsive team, we take pride in delivering our measured survey services; with accuracy, reliability, and client peace of mind paramount in our site engineering survey practice.
Other areas of our practice include Topographical Land Surveys, MBS Measured Building Surveys, GPR PAS128 Below Ground Utility Surveys and Construction Setting Out.

*All slots are allocated on an ASAP arrival basis for our site engineers visiting your site within 7 days or you will be given the option to to cancel for a full refund.
** Our maximum individual wall area of observation is 100sqm. For wall areas larger than this please call our office before booking. For 4 or more elevations or walls greater than 100sqm in area please call our office for a quote.
*** All expected return periods are to be agreed before booking online periodic follow up visits.
